Terms of use
Last updated: August 21, 2026
These terms cover the Plumo application for macOS and this website. Plumo is sold by Łukasz Zieliński (the "seller"), with payments processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.
The license
- The free tier may be used by anyone, indefinitely, with the on-device engine.
- A Pro license is a one-time purchase for a single person. It unlocks cloud engines on the Macs you personally use, and includes updates.
- A license key may not be shared, resold, or published.
- The 14-day Pro trial is available once per person.
Your API keys and cloud costs
Cloud engines use API keys you obtain yourself from providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google. Those providers bill you directly for usage under their own terms. Plumo shows an estimate of this cost but the provider's invoice is authoritative; the seller is not a party to that relationship.
Acceptable use
Don't use Plumo to break the law, to violate a text's confidentiality obligations you are bound by, or to attack the app's licensing. That's it.
Warranty and liability
Plumo is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the consumer law of your country of residence.
