14-day money-back guarantee

If you bought a Pro license within the last 14 days and you're not happy — for any reason — email support@getplumo.app with your order number and we will refund the purchase in full. No forms, no questions you don't want to answer.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, back to the original payment method. They typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

After a refund

Your license key is deactivated, and Plumo returns to the free tier — which you can keep using forever.

Before you buy

You don't have to take the risk in the first place: the free tier has no time limit, and the 14-day trial gives you the full Pro experience before any money changes hands.
